Shandong New Ankai was established in 1998 at Qingyang development zone of Zouping county, Shandong Province. It"s a professional enterprise of aluminum die castings, machining and aluminum alloy smelting.
Factory area: Total 153,000 sq., manufacturing plants cover 50,000 sq.
Facilities capability: 12 sets of die casting machines (250T to 1650 T) introduced from Japan and domestic famous manufacturers, 51 sets of CNC machining center imported from Japan, USA and Korea. Inspection facility includes 2 sets of CMM three-coordinate measuring machine,1 set X-ray machine,1 set tensile strength tester,2 sets of hardness tester and one impregnation line. We also have 8 sets of advanced smelting furnace.
Manufacturing capability: The Company can provide die castings" weight of 5,000 tons and 100,000 tons of aluminum alloy ingots per year; Total turnover exceeded USD 70M in 2007.
Quality system: Strictly carry out 5S-administration and SPC-statistical process control,we also achieved ISO9001:2000 in 2004 and TS16949 in 2007 for assuring products quality.
